Candidates having higher qualification are recruited into FMCG companies as Sales Manager, Sales Executive or Marketing Manager, etc. To get these high profile jobs you need to undergo MBA degree where you will taught to be adept in managing skills.

Sales job in FMCG companies mainly include promotional activities and selling of products and business. These selling can be categorized into three parts:
Selling products directly,
Business to Business selling and
Business to costumer selling.
For these job posts you need a Diploma in Marketing and Sales. And also you should have good communication skills with knowledge of more than one language.

any person who have not graduation but intermediete pass is he elegible for job in any fmcg company if yes give details about that company

See. I have got 70 %in my graduation .64 %in 10th and 57%in 12th std.So my question.is that due to 57% marks in 12th sth I may not be able to sit for the big mnc company in my mba placement...???
