i have completed my mca eventhough having a 85% in my academic record am not getting any job.so could u please guide me sir to get any job.
am also trying in banking sector.

Since you have a good academic record securing admission should not be a problem. One area you may be lacking is the communication skills area. You should be able to present yourself in terms of academic knowledge and general awareness well in front of the interview panel. Also it is a must that you clear the entrance test. The same is normally related to your subject and also aptitude oriented. If required you must go for training in these areas. You must apply for all the opportunities you find suiting you.

sir how to prepare for general awareness in banking exams(especially for IBPS exam).
please tell me some websites for that.
