I completed my mca in the year of 2011 but I didn't do any job because I got married in the year of 2012. So, I have no chance to search job.at present I want to do any relevant job of my qualification. Is it any chance to get a job in it related

Being a MCA holder you can apply for fresher job in IT companies if you have got 60% marks overall in your career. Most of the top IT companies like TCS, HCL, Infosys, Wipro etc conduct interview for fresh candidates who have MCA or B.Tech degree.

You have to clear technical interview and HR interview for getting the job. It will be difficult to get job if you don't clear the interview. There are government institutions also which hire IT graduates and post graduates. CDAC and NIC are some of the top government IT institutions. You can also get job as specialist officer in PSU banks.
