Top M.tech colleges in India are :-

1.IIT Bombay, India
2.IIT Kanpur, , India
3.IIT Delhi, India
4.BITS, Pilani University, India
5.IIT Kharagpur, , India
6.IIT Madras, India
7.IIT Varanasi(ex-IT BHU), , India
8.IIIT Allahabad, India
9.IIT Guwahati, India
10.ISM Dhanbad, India

For getting into these colleges, you need to have a Valid GATE Score.

Your GATE Score must be more than 450 out of 1000 to get into IIT's mentioned above.

So work hard to get a Good Score in GATE Examination.

Your Social Status will be increased by obtaining an Post Graduation Degree.

The Jobs after M.tech Degree are very high in number and also have an great payscale.

The Remuneration will be very high for the Post Graduates from IIT's.

I hope currently you will be getting around 22k to 35k after Engineering, but after M.tech Programme your Salary starts from 46k to 65k .

So its better to go for the M.tech Programme.

Continuing the Job will not fetch you any thing rather than an increment in the Post and Salary, but not the Degree.
