sir i m mech engg student,32 age. i m intrested in goverment engineering job ..now i think about MBA in any engineering related branch.suggest me which one will be more benificial for me....i thinking about project management,energy management,operations,power managent..which will better... to get me goverment job?

There are numerous job opportunities in the Govt sector. You could apply for the IES exam which is meant for engineering graduates,though you have not mentioned which stream do you belong..

If you are from core field of engineering you can surely go for power management,construction management studies in reputed institutions..

These can help you better to get a good Govt job as you already have a B.tech degree with you.

All the management studies you mentioned here are core and industrial sector related. So you can pursue any one you like.

As you know that now a days energy and power sector is growing day by day. so choose a path in these fields. hope for a better govt job in these sectors.

As i know MBA degrees doesn't plays any role in the government jobs.
The main thing is that your graduation background. As you have mentioned you are an engineer so there are many scope for you as you can apply for all the govt. jobs related with the engineering field.
If you really want to get the management degree then i would like to suggest that go for project managment or human resource managment.
So the choice is dependent upon you. so select the branch as per your requirement and interest.

hii, human resource is the best course after the mechanical, as HR job is quite easy you have learnt good concepts about human resource.Human resource is all about hiring the people from diffrent institutes like
Enginneering colleges and all other colleges and also handling the key players and playing team leader in your company.Starting salary of an HR is 25000 per month in top mncs later will increase gradually.If you do in IIM s then you will have high value.

Hi , I am willing to go for power management as I have a background of electrical engg stream,but I get to know there are hardly any scope for MBA power management post graduates in PSU.as mostly PSU openings are for engineers ,not for MBA one's....if there are any scope for MBA (power) graduates in psu's then please let me know ....and if possible please tell in which all govt jobs we can apply as MBA graduates.
