There are no universities which offers a full fledged LLB degree through correspondence. There are few Indian Universities which offers courses in law through correspondence but are not recognized by the Bar Council of India and you will not be able to practice in a court of law after doing these courses.

Universities offering courses in law through correspondence :

Annamalai University
Gurunanak Dev University
University of Jammu
Kakatiya University
Kurukshetra University

Why doesn't Bar Council of India recognize LLB courses offered by Indian Universities?

can a central govt employees of india do LLB in morning or evening law college without taking any study leave

Some body should come out with full details of all colleges and universities offering
LLB degree through distance education. This will help a lot of people aspiring for the same.
Preferably with syllabus and status of recognition. Nagaraja Rao.
