as far as correspondence from delhi university is concerned,you can apply for the diploma course in the months of june and july from the assigned institutes.the fees of the courses will be submitted at the open school of learning which is situated at delhi universtiy north campus.the fee structure is given in the prospectus of the university concerned which is given during the times of form purchasing.
