kindly tell me the eligibility criteria for the pgdm student with finance specialization in the post of ntpc executive trainee of finance

As per eligibility criteria of NTPC ET recruitment test,

only CA/ICWA qualified students are eligible to apply for Executive Trainee, Finance.

So, you can not apply for the exam. There is no 'equivalent degree' degree term included

which reflects that only CA/ICWA qualified candidates are eligible to apply.

You can refer the notification published by NTPC which is attached with this message.

As far as NTPC is concerned, the eligibility criteria is either a pass in CA or ICWA.. Though you have an MBA in finance it does not suffice the criteria/subject cadre as per CA and also the needs of NTPC. Kindly refer to their webiste.

Alternatively you can apply for IOC and THERMAL plants which are now offering posts for MBA finance.
