i was have 52% in HSC(comm.) in 2008 but i have 39/100 marks in english. but now i can understanding, speak english fluentlly. so can i do G.P. Rating courses ?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for GP rating (General Purpose Rating) course after completing your higher secondary that is 10+2. Here below are details regarding eligibility conditions for GP rating course:-

>> Duration of GP rating course is 6 months.
