write now i am in 9th standard and after 12th,i would like to study in oxford university?
i am planning for my future educations and hence i would like to know about all the possible things.
i have made my mind for abroad education and so i am now starting planning for it.

You can definitely take education loan for studies in Oxford University. For that, you need to follow the below procedure.

1. Approach a bank near your residence preferably where you have an account.
2. Approach the bank manager to have a discussion about education loan.
3. Talk to him/her and get to know all the details of education loan.
4. Show him/her the relevant documents of your past academic performance.
5. If there is positive response, then you can act as per the manager's instructions.
6. Otherwise you can approach another bank.
