Can I get admission to study in 2nd year of B.Tech if completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering?

I have just completed my Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering and I want to
do B.Tech in Abroad. Kindly tell me
in Abroad I can get admission in 2nd year?

I am extremely sorry to state that you cannot get admission directly in the second year of B.Tech course in institutes in abroad after completion of diploma course in mechanical engineering from India. Such scheme is present in India wherein a student can get admission in the second year of engineering directly through lateral entry scheme by giving LEET. But there is no such provision for the institutes in abroad. If you want to get admission in the second year of B.Tech course, you need to take admission in the institutes in India by appearing the Lateral Entry Entrance Test conducted by the State Council of Technical Education of each state and private universities.
