How can I take admission in 2nd year after passing diploma in mechanical engineering
i am a diploma certificate holder in mechanical engineering. may i take adimission in 2nd year for graduate in iit.

i have complete the ECE diploma. can i give exam of post office without passing the 2 exam as the qualification for post office is 2 with 60 % marks.
