You cannot get scholarships only on the basis of GRE score. That's Because universities will offer scholarships for the students, who have the following criteria
1)Graduation - Above 70%
2)GRE - Above 300 marks
And the universities will offer scholarships to only few selected students

Fee Structure:-
In Germany, Fee for MS course will be very low in State universities. Because, the state universities will get funds from the Government. So, most of the international students prefer to join in state universities. In these universities, You can complete your MS course with a cost of 2 to 3 lakhs. In other universities, the cost will be around 10 to 15 lakhs. So, it is better to prefer state universities.

GRE Exam :-
GRE exam pattern will be same for every candidate, irrespective of his/her education background.

GRE Exam Pattern:
GRE exam is conducted in three sections
Section I:-
1) Verbal Reasoning
i) Reading Comprehension
ii) Text Completion
iii) Sentence Equivalence

Section II:-
1) Quantitative Reasoning

Section III:-
1) Analytical Writing Assessment
i) Issue-Task essay
ii )Argument-Task essays
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
