Demand of an Engineer is same all over the world. But if you want to work as a Engineer in abroad you must fluent in English language. If you do not know English you can not work in abroad even you will not get visa/work permit also. So if you have completed Engineering in Chinese language you can work in abroad but before applying for work you must have an IELTS/TOEFL score or a certificate of Diploma in English language.
