The aspirant can pursue M.Tech in civil Engineering in USA or Canada. For which the aspirant has to have 16 years of education and then he or she has to clear GRE and TOEFL. It is the main eligibility. One has to clear the English tests like GRE and TOEFL. One can also study in UK also M.Tech.
