No, you cannot directly go to Abroad to search job. Only candidates who are interested to pursue their higher studies in Abroad need to apply for Visa by completing all formalities like applying for admission to Universities, Receiving i20's, etc. If they get visa, they can go Abroad for pursuing their higher studies and they can search for job after completion of their studies. So, I suggest you to pursue your higher studies in Abroad, so, that you can search and find good job in Abroad.
