One can study Diploma courses in UK after 10th standard like Higher National Diploma in Business, Higher National Diploma in Computing and Systems Development and Higher National Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management. The students who have completed 10th standard are eligible to apply for the course in UK. The students should clear the IELTS with 5.5 bands for the admission. But it is always advisable to go for studies in abroad after 10+2 only. So it is advisable to complete 12th class and then apply for abroad universities for graduation in any subject.

Yes, you are eligible to study in the UK but you have to give a proper explanation that why you dropped out of school as you have a gap year of more than 3 years.
