Entire details of MS in Foreign universities?
I have completed my BE in Mechanical Engineering. I want to pursue MS. Can anybody please tell me the entire procedure, fee details, where to apply, which stream specialization etc...

First write GRE, TOFEL and IELTS get good marks. Then check the tutorials given at
