No, it is not possible to pursue MS in USA with IELTS score only. You need to have GRE score as well to be eligible for admission in most of the US universities in order to pursue MS course. Most of the universities in USA prefer GRE and TOEFL scores for admission of students in MS course. Along with the scores they also consider other parameters like academic background, work experience, statement of purpose, reference, etc.
