i scored 67% in 10th and 67% in 12th and b.tech(e c e,4th year) up to now aggregate is 65.6%....let me know what is the cost in doing ms in us and is that only in us we can get admission those who are preparing for the GRE and IELTS entrance tests????

Yes, it is necessary to appear in GRE and IELTS or TOEFL entrance exam if you are aiming to get admission in MS course at USA. Although some universities do not take admission on the basis of GRE scores yet most of the universities take admission on the basis of GRE scores. You can also get admission through GRE and IELTS scores in other countries as well like Canada, Germany, etc.

The cost depends on the credit hours you are taking for your course. The average cost per semester is 6000$-9000$ (if taking 3 credit hours per course) and living cost will be around 300$-600$ per month.
