As you wanted to apply for MD(Ayurveda) from foreign Universities then you must give :

-> IELTS Exam - The International English Language Testing System, or IELTS, is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers.

-> Some Universities also consider GRE Score.

-> Strong SOP
-> Letter of Recommendation
