Is there any Professional course or study which can send their students abroad for training or application purpose?

As i have completed my master degree in Psychology, further want to pursue it in any college or University in USA in Psychology & behavioral science.

It depends on the concerned institute regarding student exchange programme wherein students can go abroad for short term training or studying one semester. Usually in professional courses such opportunities are given like PhD,MBA, CS, Biotechnology, etc. and opportunities are given usually by private universities. Since you have completed master degree in Psychology, so you should aim at M.Phil or PhD course in the field of Psychology through which you can get opportunity to go abroad.
