After completing B.Tech (CSE) in india, I had 8 years of IT experience. Is there any way I can be able to apply for PHD in US universities without GRE/TOFEL.

No, you cannot pursue your higher studies in US universities without appearing in GRE and TOEFL/IELTS examinations. GRE score is the basic requirement that one need to have while applying for admission in US universities. TOEFL/IELTS is a standardized test which helps you to prove your English Language Proficiency in Listening Reading, Writing and Speaking sections. So, without appearing in GRE and TOEFL/IELTS examinations, you cannot get admission in Ph.D course in US universities.
