Is there any university/universites in Singapore/Canada/Switzerland/UK which offers One year MS Computer Science Program with placement after my studies?

No, you cannot complete your MS in one year at any university. Because all the universities will offer minimum 2 year(4 semesters) Master course in computer science. But, if you want, you can complete it in 1 1/2 year. You can do that by attending the classes in Summer. In foreign universities, they will conduct classes for the students in summer. Students who want to complete their course as soon as possible can go for that classes. So, they can complete their one semester in summer. In this way, they can complete their course in one and half year. But, you cannot do your MS in one year.
