What an all is needed for a bds graduate to practise in new zealand? Can a bds graduate work and continue his/her post graduation?

As per my knowledge a foreign Dental Degree is not valid directly in New Zealand. So in order to start practicing as a Dentist first you need to register with the Dental Council of New Zealand. For that you need to clear their qualifying examination i.e. New Zealand Dentist Registration Examination(NZDREX). This examination consists of two parts written and clinical.
Yes, a BDS graduate can continue his/her post graduation while working in New Zealand. University of Otago is best university to pursue PG course in Dentistry. |
