Yes its a good choice to do your post graduation from US. There are many different procedures to get admission into MDS in US like you can get admission on the basis of your aptitude and also on basis of answering an entrance test like DAT (dental admission test) ...So give it a try its definately worth going for it

Yes there is lots of scope in getting a job in US after you complete your MDS from there. Dont worry about that...just work hard to get into the best institutes in US

After BDS you can either directly start working or prepare for PG Entrance Examination to admit into Master of Dental Science(MDS).

You can try to admit in MDS in the following US institutions :-

UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE
University of Wisconsin- Madison
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University
Utah State University etc.

There are various branches you can take as your profession.The prominent ones are -

Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Prosthodontics, Cosmetic & Esthetic Dentistry, Oral Pathology, Forensic Dentistry, Oral Medicine.
