Cultural Activities at the college:

The college enables its students to participate in different cultural activities by conducgint youth festival according to the cultural calendar issued by the government for developing the intellectual skills of the students. Initially different competitions like group dance, solo songs, group songs, drams, group discussions, debates, constructive writing, quiz, etc… are conducted at the college and then succeeding students are allowed to participate in the district level competitions, then at the university level competitions and finally at the state level competitions.

Career Guidance:

A career guidance cell is functioning in the college to offer placement and career guidance to the students. This cell offers career counseling to students and enables them to evaluate different career options. The cell also conducted workshops on group discussions, psychological tests, communication and development skills, etc… to enable students to assess their strengths in such a way that they can work on the weaknesses and can take steps to remove them. Guest lectures and training programmes are organized to further enhance the skills of the students. The placement cell was constituted in the academic year 2002-2003 and has so far maintained a very good placement record.
