Re: What is the eligibility for IAS exam? What is the percentage required for IAS exam?
Hello,
One can become an IAS officer by clearing civil service exam conducted by UPSC. The academic qualifications required to appear for the civil servrce exam are: #graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from any UGC recognised university. #One must be a citizen of India. #One mus lie between the age of 21 years to 30 years. There is 3 years of relaxation for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST. The exam is divided into two phase. One is prelims and the other is mains. After you clear these round then you have to clear the interview round. Once you clear the interview round then you can become as IAS/IPS/IFS officer depending on your rank. Best of luck. |
