my cut off for engineering is 195.75.i am interested to do aerospace/aeronautical engineering.is it a better choice for my carrier?if it is , please tell me the best colleges offering these courses.....

Yes, Aeronautical engineering is one of the best branch in engineering.
But in India there are only a few colleges offering this branch.

All the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) are the best institutes offering aeronautical engineering.
