Gujarat University, MBA Papers
The University of Gujarat offers the course of MBA to the eligible candidates. There are more than ten papers in the course, and the names of few of them are:
• Accounting For Managers : Paper-I
• Financial Management
• Marketing Management
• M. B. A. - II (Sem. III)-Optional: “1 - Marketing Research & Information System” or “2 - Indian Financial System” or “3 - Organisation Development”
• Organizational Behaviour
Each of the paper is divided into two distinct parts, namely the Theory paper and the Assessment paper. The Assessment has a different sub-parts including Project Work, Practical, Internal Assessment and Dissertation. Each of the two main parts has fifty-fifty marks. The theory paper has a maximum of two hours duration.
Each of the theory paper have different pattern. While some have nine questions, out of which eight are in offered in pairs of two and the last is compulsory. Candidates have to attempt any one from each of the pair, while others have simple ten questions of five marks each and candidates have to attempt any five. There are grades associated with each of the paper and candidates are given marks as accordingly.
