Indian institute of Carpet Technology is a recognized institute which provides various professional job oriented courses to the aspiring candidates. Institute invites all the eligible aspirants for admission into B. Tech (Carpet and Textile Technology) for session 2010-2011. Admission in IICT, the only institute of its kind under the aegis of development commissioner (Handicrafts), ministry of textiles, Government of India for total 60 seats in B. Tech will take place on All India Basis through central counseling board (AIEEE-2010), Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

The institute is one of the popular and reputed institutes and has been set up by the Ministry of Textiles under the guidance of Indian Government to fill the demand and support of the textile Industry. Eligibility Criteria:

• Students applying for B.Tech courses must have cleared 12th class from the recognized board with minimum of 60% aggregate in science stream.
• Candidates must have valid rank in AIEEE for admission into this Rohtak University.
