IIIT Electronics and Communication Engineering PGEE 2012
International Institute of Information Technology organizes PGEE for admitting eligible students for admission into various PG courses offered in the institute. This is one of the top deemed Universities in South India which is located in Hyderabad. The admission will be directly on the basis of the candidates score in this entrance test. The PG programs offered there includes M.Tech programs, MS research programs and also PhD programs.
Structure of IIIT Electronics and Communication Engineering PGEE
This test will have 2 papers. The first one will be a compulsory paper and it will be a General aptitude paper. The questions are of objective type and multiple choices are provided for each question. The second paper will be a subject based paper. The subject paper will be evaluated only if they qualify in the paper 1. 90 minutes will be given separately to complete each of the papers.

Eligibility Criteria
For M.Tech program they need a B.Tech degree with sufficient aggregate marks. For Research Programs, candidates who have completed B.Sc (any branch with Mathematics), preferably with honors or major in the subjects Physics / Chemistry can apply. Those who are qualified to apply for M.Tech can also apply. For PhD programs one should hold a Post Graduation in the relevant field. Those aspirants who are currently in the final year of the concerned qualifying program can also apply for any of these programs.
How to apply?
The Candidates can submit the forms only by online mode. Before submitting this form the candidates need to fill up 2 forms. After completing the first time registration the candidates will be sent a link and also a registration code. By browsing that link the candidates can fill up the 2nd registration form which will be the final form. Enter the received registration code there. The fees to be paid will be Rs.1000/-.
How to fill the Form?
The candidate ought to be very vigilant while filling up details in the application form. They must first go through the data bulletin specified in the exam brochure. They have to state their name, contact details, date of birth, category and qualification details in the suitable places without any mistakes. Their signature must match with that in the original certificates. They need to also stick their latest photographs in the proper places.

Study Plan
The students must be ready with a proper study plan at least 3 to 5 months prior to the commencement of this entrance test. Entire portions must be covered up at least a few days prior to the exam. The last few days must be allotted for revision purpose. The tough portions must be revised again and again. The important points must be given importance during this revision time. The last day before the test must be kept apart for relaxation purpose. The documents to be carried during the exam day must be kept ready at least two days prior to the exam to avoid last minute hurry.
