Job Profile: The Insurance Relationship Manager should arrange meetings of banks branch managers & staffs with existing clients at least once a year. He should make appointments and search the customer’s financial needs in life-related investment and areas related to insurance needs.

He should select appropriate product to meet these needs of the customers from the company’s product range only. He should set up the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of them. He should explore opportunities to develop new markets and build long term relationship with the bank staff & clients.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate candidates can apply for the post but he should be from Commerce stream only. He would have strong market knowledge in sales and insurance. He should have good convincing power.

Experience: The Company will require 1 to 3 years of working experience in insurance and sales.

Pay Scale: The candidate will get pay scale between the ranges of Rupees 1.20 – 2.50 Lakhs.
