Kanbay International, Inc.  was a global IT services firm with its base in Chicago. The company had nearly 6900 associates throughout the globe. The company was founded in the year 1989 and the various services offered by this company were management consulting, application development, technology integration and business outsourcing including industrial and consumer products, financial services, life sciences, media and communications. The Kanbay had its offices in London, North America, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Melbourne. In 2006, Kanbay became a part of Capgemini and is functional under the name Financial Services-SBU.

Paper Pattern

The recruitment process of Kanbay has 3 rounds, 1st round is written test, 2nd round is Group Discussion and final round is HR interview round. The written test has 60 questions and every question carries 1 mark and for every wrong answer ½ marks will be deducted. The written test has 2 sections, logical section and Maths section. Both sections have 30 questions and cut-off is around 12. The maths questions are all GRE type and logical reasoning questions are consists of puzzles and logical questions. After the written test candidates are selected for Group Discussion. After the Group Discussion, the selected candidates have to go through HR Interview. The final selection is made after HR interview.
