Karnataka SSLC First Language HINDI Papers
Hindi is one of the subjects, which can be chosen as the first language, in the SSLC Examination conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. The board was established in the year 1966. The pattern of first language: Hindi is given below.
The duration of the exam is three hours and the total marks are 125. The paper of Hindi is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. part A has all multiple choice type questions. All the questions have four alternative answers, out of which only one is correct. Students have to write the answer of their choice in the space provided. The number of questions in this section is 50 and each question is of 1 mark.
Part B consists of descriptive questions. Questions are of 2 marks, 3 marks and 4 marks. All the questions have specified word limit. Some questions are there in which the students have to write the meaning of the poetry section given. Word meanings and questions based on making sentences are also there. Some questions are there based on a given paragraph. A few questions include writing about the writers included in the syllabus. Questions from Grammar are also there. Composition includes letter writing, paragraph writing, essay writing etc.
