Pattern of KIITEE:

For B.Tech (Regular):

The paper will be of 4 hours duration consisting of 150 multiple choice questions from the following subjects:

• Physics-50 questions

• Chemistry-50 questions

• Mathematics-50 questions

Paper is conducted in 2 parts. First part consists of Physics and Chemistry of two hours duration and second part consists of Mathematics of two hours duration

Eligibility for KIITEE:

For B.Tech (Regular):

A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in PCM. Only the candidates who have passed their 10+2 exam or are appearing can apply.

Also a candidate should be less than 21 years of age as on 1st July of the year of admission

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry):

A candidate should have got at least 60% marks in an engineering diploma in the branch corresponding to which he/she wants to take admission in B.Tech.
