KIITEE-Management is an entrance exam for admission to MBA Regular and MBA(Rural Management) Courses in KIIT University. KIIT started as a small industrial training institute in 1992 and subsequently grew to be one of the largest universities in India with 15,500 students. There are a number of full time courses available in its 23 constituent schools. KIIT has a huge campuses spread over 350 acres of land and also has a very good infratructure, facilities, faculty and provides its students with best of placement opportunities.

KIIT conducts an entrance exam for a number of courses including MBA. Other than regular MBA course it also provides MBA(Rural Management) Course. A large number of students apply every year for the KIITEE Management entrance due to the credibility of KIIT. Candidates have to apply in a common form for applying for both the institutes: KIIT School of Rural Management and KIIT School of Management Studies. Candidates who clear the written test are called for General Discussion and Personal Interview.

Eligibility criteria:

To apply for KIIT Management a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Those in the final year of their graduation can also apply.

Availability of Application forms for KIITEE 2010:

Forms for KIITEE Mnagement will be available at KIIT’s management institutes in Bhaubaneswar, Pune and Bengalooru, KIIT university and selected branches of Allahabad Bank. The application forms and prospectus for KIITEE will also be available online through their website www.kiitee.ac.in. Candidates can either apply online or download the form through the website.

Important Dates(Tentative):

Date of Entrance Examination: December 2nd week, 2009
Availability of Application Forms: October 3rd week, 2009
Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: November 4th week, 2009
Announcement of Results: January 1st week, 2010

Examination pattern and syllabus:

The written exam will contain objective type questions divided into 5 sections:
• English Comprehension
• Quantitative Ability
• Reasoning and Analytical Skills
• General Knowledge
• Issues of Social Concern
Selected candidates will be called for General Discussion and Personal Interview at the end of February 2009
