Central University of Gujarat was established in the year 1009 under the Government of India. The university is a famous one which was actually established by the Parliament of India. The university came into existence under the Central University Act, 2009 of Parliament of India. Dissemination and advancement of knowledge to make special provisions for integrated courses is one of the major objective of the university.
