For pursuing higher studies( M.Tech) in Nanotechnology, Mechanical B.E/B.Tech degree holders are eligible. You can appear in the GATE exam in order to get admission in some reputed institute. Yes surely you can do your M tech in Nanotechnology. You have to appear GATE exam and according to your scorecard you can get seat in the colleges.
