Eligibility: The age limit for a Senior Lecturer is 40 years, for a Lecturer it is 35 years and for an Assistant Lecturer it is 30 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: For Senior Lecturer – A candidate must have a degree/3 year diploma in HM from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lecturer. For a Lecturer – A candidate must have the above qualification with a minimum experience of 5 years as an assistant lecturer. For an Assistant Lecturer – A candidate must have the above qualifications with a minimum experience of 3 years in practical training in hotel industry.

No. of posts: There are 3 posts for the senior lecturers, 4 posts for the lecturers and 2 posts for the assistant lecturers.

Pay scale: The senior lecturers will be given a pay scale of Rs15600-39100 plus a grade pay of Rs5400, the lecturers and the assistant lecturers will be given a pay scale of Rs9300-34800 plus a grade pay of Rs4200.

Selection process: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualifications and the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
