Life Insurance Corporation of India is one of the most famous public sector companies in our country. LIC Direct Sales Executive (DSE) recruitment Exam is an entrance exam conducted by Life Insurance Corporation of India for the recruitment of talented candidates for the post of Direct Sales Executives in various LIC branch offices. The vacancies are there in different zones of our country. Numerous vacancies are there for the above mentioned post. This exam provides the opportunity for large number of candidates for getting a job in LIC on a contract basis for three years.

Structure of LIC Direct Sales Executive (DSE) recruitment Exam

The selection of the candidates for the LIC Direct Sales Executive test is on the basis of a written test and a personal interview. Written test consists of questions of objective type format with 150 questions. The time allotted for the test is two and a half hours. The questions are mainly to evaluate the candidates’ skill in the areas of Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning Questions and General Knowledge questions. The test consists of questions with four alternatives. The candidates have to select the correct answer from the given alternatives.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who have completed their Bachelors Degree from any recognized University in any discipline can apply for the test. The age limit of the candidates must be between 21 and 35 years. Those who have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management will get special consideration.  The candidates must have a good knowledge in English and local languages. The candidates who have good computer knowledge will get more preference. Those who fulfill all the eligibility requirements are eligible for the post.

How to Apply?

The candidates who want to apply for the DSE post get the opportunity for the online submission of the application form. The candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.100/- in any of the LIC branches. The SC/ST candidates need not pay any fee for the exam. The candidates have to submit the online application form after the payment of the exam fee. The application form reached by any other means will not be accepted.

How to fill the Form?

Before filling the application form, the candidates must read all the guidelines given in the website for filling the application form. The candidates have to upload the photo and signature of the candidates in the prescribed place for it in the application form. The candidates have to fill the application form after the payment of the cash. The cash payment details should be mentioned in the online application form. The applicants have to take the print out copy of the filled application form for any future reference.
