Company profile:

Indo-Tibetan Bordor Police (ITBP) was established on October 24, 1962. It is basically a mountain trained force and therefore the professional mountaineers are given more preference over others in ITBP. ITBP is also indulge in various relief operations. ITBP is currently doing its duties in Ladakh.

Job profile:

Candidates will have to do the regular general duty performed by a constable.

Eligibility:

The candidate should have an age in between 18 to 23 years. Relaxation in the age will be given only as per rules.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates are required to have an educational qualification of Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized Board or University.

No. of posts: Total 98 posts are available in ITBP.

Pay scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000 is assigned as the salary for the posts.

Selection process:

Candidates will have to undergo a written examination. The selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the basis of their performances in the examination.
