Job Profile:

Eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply in the prescribed format for filling up the vacant position of Management Trainees (Marketing) in Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited. Candidates are required to check their eligibility in advance for the post of Management Trainees, before applying for it.

Eligibility:

Interested candidates must follow the age criteria set for the post. Candidates are required to be less than 27 years of age as on 1 December 2011. This maximum age limit criteria is strictly need to be followed by interested candidates. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories of Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Categories etc. The relaxation will be provided as per the rules of Government of India only.

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized institute or university alongwith MBA degree in Marketing, is required for applying for the posts of Management Trainees in Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited. Those candidates, who have done B.Sc. in Biotechnology from a recognized institute or university alongwith MBA degree in marketing, are also eligible to apply for the specified posts. Candidates must have secured atleast 55% marks in aggregate in B.Sc. or equivalent. Reserved categories candidates may get relaxation in the minimum percentage required to be possessed by the candidates.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the stipend of Rs. 23000 per month in the first year of their training period. After successfull completion of training, candidates will be provided the consolidated salary of Rs. 16400-40500 per month.

Application Fee:

General and OBC candidates are required to submit the application fee of Rs. 500 through the means of a Demand Draft only. No fee is to be paid by the candidates belonging to reserved categories. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. Candidates are also required to write their anme and application number on the backside of the demand draft.

How to apply: Candidates should apply online only at RCFL Website from 20 December 2011 to 5 January 2012. A printout of the completed application form is need to be taken out by the candidates after submitting the online form. The printed application form alongwith the attested copies of certificates and demand draft of requisite application fee, are need to be sent through ordinary post in an envelope only.
