BEML Limited is also known as Bharat Earth Movers Limited. The company was founded in the year of 1964 under Government of India. The company is best known as Public Sector Undertaking. The company is a famous manufacturing company which mainly delas in the manufacturing of rail coaches and the other spare parts. The other fields in which the company deals includes the manufacturing of mining & construction equipment, aerospace, dredger and defence equipments. There are total 9 manufacturing units of the comapnt at present. All the nine manufacturing units are spreaded over different locations.

Job Profile:

Application are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for filling up the vacant posts of Management Trainess Grade-II in BEML Limited. Candidates will be recruited in the various manufacturing units of the comapny located at Mysore, Bangalore, KGF, PAlakkad and Marketing Division. Candidates will have to sign a service bond of atleast 4 years which also includes the training period. The post of Management Trainess Grade-II is available for only OBC and ST category candidates.

Eligibility:

28 years as on 16 February 2011 is the maximum age limit set for OBC category candidates for applying on the posts of Management Trainess Grade-II in BEML Limited. Applications from uneligible candidates will not be considered by the company in any case. Candidates, who belongs to ST category will get relaxation of few years in age as per the rules of Government of India.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess MBA degree as their qualification. Candidates having MSW or MA in Social Work or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management or equivalent with specialisation in IR/HR or OB froma recognized university by UGC or AICTE, are also eligible to apply for the specified post of Management Trainess Grade-II in BEML Limited.

No. of posts:

For OBC category candidates only 6 posts are available.
For ST category candidates only 4 posts are available.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the basic pay of Rs. 16400 per month during their training period. Candidates will get additional increment after the successful completion of their training period.

Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs. 100 is need to be paid by the candidates who belongs to OBC category. However, ST category candidates are not required to pay this application fee at all. The application fee is need to be submitted in State Bank of India in the BEML Account No. 31006750220 with the help of a payment challan. The payment challan is available at BEML website and interested candidates can download it from there only. Candidates should obtain the reciept of payment after submitting the application fee in bank.

Selection Process:

A Competitive Written Examination is the first phase of the selection process, which is need to be passed by the eligible candidates inorder to go into the next phase of the selection prcoess. The next phase of the selection process includes a Personal Interview Test with the selection committee. It is noteworthy that candidates are required to qualify in both the tests for ensuring their selection on the specified post of in Management Trainees Grade-II in BEML Limited.

How to apply: Only online application from the eligible candidates will be considered by the company. Also if the application founds to be incomplete in any manner, candidature of the applicants will be summarily rejected by the company.
