The Company of Mascot offers recruitment to the deserving candidates. The company offers recruitment through three simple steps namely the Test, GD and Interview. The Test has three main parts, namely the Analogy, Reasoning and Verbal Ability, the Analytical Ability and the Technical Solution. There are total of ninety questions, divided into the following three parts. There are both short answer as well as Objective based questions, in which candidates are offered four options and candidates have to attempt any one. There are also few numerical based questions in the test. There are no negative marking in the test.

Candidates are advised to go through their syllabus with great zest and concentration as question may occur from any part of any modulus. Candidates should be very clear with the basic of their syllabus as most of the Technical based questions are asked from the following part of the modulus. Going through previous yeas question papers is a very important factor which enables the candidates to undertake an important pattern of the test and the kinds of question it comes in the test. GD as well as PI is an important part, which are very decisive in recruiting the candidates in the company.
