Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) is a Deemed University and one of the NIT’S of India. As the name of the institute clearly suggests it was named after a great scholar, an educationist, and a 1st education minister of India, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad.The institute was formed with the primary motive of producing skilled engineers of highest quality who are able to contribute towards the development of India and meet the challenges of the industrial needs of the country.

Infrastructure or campus:

MANIT has been developed as a world class campus, spread over an area of 650 acres and is located in the    heart of Bhopal. The campus is well established with favourable learning environment. Excellent hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. State of the art facilities with well stocked library, well-equipped labs and workshops set up in collaboration with industry, auditorium, central computing facility and sports complex for the students.

Admission procedure:

For B.Tech courses, admission is done on the basis of AIEEE score. For M.Tech, GATE score is needed. For MBA entry is through CAT and MCA through NIMCET.
