JSS College of Pharmacy offers M.Pharm course for B.Pharm graduates having keen desire to pursue their higher studies in Pharmacy. Interested candidates should procure the application form from the official website of the college or purchase it from the college itself. Then they should submit the duly filled application form to the office of the concerned authority in JSS College of Pharmacy within the stipulated date.

M.Pharm Admission Test will be conducted for all the candidates who seek admission to M.Pharm course. A merit list will be published after the admission test based on the marks obtained in the test and qualifying examination. Counselling process will be held for qualified candidates whose name figures in the list. In this stage, their documents will also be verified.

Eligibility Criteria

To get admission to M.Pharm course offered in JSS College of Pharmacy, one should possess B.Pharm degree from JSS University or any other recognized University. Those who have completed any other degree level courses in Pharmacy approved by JSS University are also eligible to get admission to M.Pharm course. A minimum of 50% marks is required for B.Pharm or similar degree level course in Pharmacy.

The form should be accompanied with relevant documents and a demand draft of Rs. 2, 000/- taken in the name of JSS University payable at Mysore.

Application forms can also be procured directly from JSS College of Pharmacy after paying an amount of specified application fee. Those who want to receive Brochure and application form by post should send a demand draft of Rs. 2, 100/- to the concerned authority in the college.

Admission Procedure

After receiving the application form, the concerned authority of JSS College of Pharmacy will inform the candidates about the date of entrance test. This test will be based on the syllabus of third and final year papers of B.Pharm course. Subjects included in this M.Pharm Admission Test are Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacology.

Selection list will be published after the entrance test based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and M.Pharm Admission Test. Candidates can check the list and confirm whether they are eligible for admission or not. The concerned authority will inform the counselling date to the eligible candidates. They should attend the counselling process and remit the admission fee at the office. Then they can join the college at the specified date and pursue their M.Pharm course thereafter.
