Admission Procedure for M.Tech (Radar & Microwave Engineering)
Candidates who possess any of the following qualifications are eligible to pursue M.Tech (Radar & Microwave Engineering) in Andhra University.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electronics and Communication
- Master of Science in Electronics
- AMIETE (Telecom)
- AMIE (Electronics)
Andhra University offers admission to this course on the basis of GATE score. Applicants have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1000/-. Registration fee must be paid in the form of demand draft through any of the nationalized banks listed in the brochure. DD must be taken in the name of The Director, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University. After registration, applicant should send the filled up application form to the address mentioned in the Information brochure. Duly filled form should be accompanied with necessary documents like attested copy of mark sheets, attested copy of GATE score card , DD, etc.
Counselling session for admission will be arranged for candidates who have been short listed on the basis of GATE score. Candidate must submit the following documents while attending the counselling.
Original Hall-ticket and Score Card of GATE
Provisional or Original Degree Certificate the Qualifying examination
Mark sheets of qualifying examination
Transfer and conduct certificates
Birth Certificate
Academic certificates for the last seven academic years
Migration certificate (if the candidates from other universities)
Physical fitness certificate
One set of Photostat copies (attested) of all the original certificates mentioned above
Three passport size photographs recently taken
Counselling fee of Rs 600/- taken in the form of DD favouring the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University
Sponsored and Service certificate
No objection certificate
Admitted candidates should pay an amount of Rs.25000/- per semester as tuition fee along with special fee of Rs. 3750/- per semester. They have to pay autonomous and accreditation fee of Rs.9000/- as one time payment.
