The University of Delhi offers the course of M.Tech in different disciplines such as Nuclear Science & Technology, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Chemical Synthesis and Process Technologies, MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS, etc. There are different papers in different disciplines for the First Semester. The names of papers in each of the discipline are:

1.    MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS:

•    Electromagnetic Theory and Transmission Lines
•    Microwave and MM-Wave Planar Transmission Lines
•    Microwave Measurement Techniques and Industrial Microwaves
•    Microwave Devices
•    Microwave Measurements Laboratory

2.    Nuclear Science and Technology:

•    Engineering Drawing
•    Quantum Mechanics and Electrodynamics
•    Radiation Technology and its Applications
•    Nuclear Radiation Detection and Experimental Techniques
•    Workshop practice and Nuclear Measurement Laboratory –I

Each of the paper in each of the stream carries a maximum of one hundred marks. The total duration of each of the papers is three hours. Each of the five papers from each of the stream carries a maximum of one hundred marks. Beside from theoretical based, there are also practical as well as term works that are also given few marks. Candidates should go through different Mock Test as well as go through the syllabus in order to secure good marks.
