    Hi, i have completed my masters in english lit thru mum univ. i also hol an international degree thru cambridge univ called CELTA– certificate in english language teaching to adults. i have 10 yrs of teaching exp.what i need to know i am i eligible to either do net-set or apply for a ph.d programme in mumbai univ? i hav scored only 50% in my masters. pls help me with the right info as i am quite lost about the correct procedure.
